SPECIALTY TRAINING: After graduating from Temple University in 1996, Jason began working at Frankford Hospital as an exercise physiologist. Performed and applied exercise testing and programs to diabetics, cardiac phase III patients. In 1997 became certified in Massage Therapy, specializing in the following areas:Corporate, hospital, pre and post surgery, sports, performance, rehab and injury. Jason specializes in creating individual training regimens incorporating spine and core stability, strength and flexibility.

Nutrition plays a big part of any goal, whether it's weight loss or gain, and I have experience in this area to help guide you to your desired results. As an ex-powerlifter and NCAA athlete, I can also train people looking to improve in their sport. I started my fitness career teaching classes including bodypump, cycle, and bootcamp and know the benefits of additional cardio to balance out any resistance training program.

INTEREST AND HOBBIES: I played baseball for Angelo State while getting my business degree. I still enjoy playing sports (as well as watching) and staying active whenever I get the chance. I also enjoy powerlifting with my previous meet being last year at the University of TX. I put up some of my best numbers finishing with a 601lb deadlift, 503lb squat, and 304lb bench.
