··· There is a $10 fee per person for
freezing a membership.
··· Memberships can be frozen for any
reason for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.
··· Your EFT payments will automatically
resume at the completion of the freeze, or after 3 months, unless you
provide 30 days written notice of intent to terminate your membership.
··· Freezes must be done in month
increments.
··· Medical freezes exceeding 3 months must
have a doctor's note provided indicating medical reason and dates of the
freeze.
··· Memberships may be frozen once per term
unless there is a medical reason.
··· If the Family is freezing together
please include all names in the Comments field.
