You are never too old to exercise! As you continue to age, regular exercise becomes a key factor in living longer and better. We take the time to understand your needs and recommend programs based on those needs to ensure that you exercise safely and effectively. Achieving a healthy lifestyle is a great family activity. At Club La Maison we encourage this by offering special rates for couples and families. To be classified as a couple or family, all must live at the same address.

This is a new membership to fit your needs, schedule and budget. Nights and weekends - Monday through Thursday 4:30pm-10pm, Friday 4:30pm-9pm, Saturday 12pm-6pm, and Sunday 7am-6pm. Priced 4U.
