DESCRIPTION: Bodypump is a full-body workout, mixing aerobic exercise with weight training. During a 1 hour (or 45 minute) class you will target all your major muscle groups using a barbell, bench and weights. DESCRIPTION: PINKarate is a unique empowerment program for girls of all ages. It combines the modern martial art of American Kenpo Karate with the reality-based self-defense concepts of FAST Defense, the number one female self defense program in the country, taught by Liz Durning who is a 3rd degree black belt.

PINKarate was developed to encourage more females to participate in the martial arts, and to educate them about how to deal with real life dangers. The martial arts are wonderful for fostering confidence, fitness, focus and a sense of pride and accomplishment as the student reaches each new belt rank. And PINKarate students LOVE to wear the signature, custom-made PINK uniforms!

PINKarate’s mission is to educate and thus empower every female with the ability to stand up for herself both mentally and physically, in a supportive, safe and caring environment.
